Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processing or in transit, and changes may no longer be possible.

60-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. Returned items should be complete, in good condition, and in the original packaging. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

To begin a return, email us at suzhihui116@gmail.com with your order number or the name and email address used at checkout.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the eligible refund to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at suzhihui116@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

If eligible, you may choose a replacement product or a refund for the affected item. Damage to packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged product.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs processing. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery updates are handled by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we may be unable to resend or refund the order.
